Walk & Talk Counseling/ Coaching

Lillian M. Easterly-Smith, BCPC

Walk & Talk – What?
Most of us attempt to be multi-taskers and want to make the best use of our time. Walk & Talk is a way you can do just that – walk (get moving; taking care of yourself physically) while receiving coaching (life or health & wellness) or counseling (mental, emotional and spiritual). Contact me today for your first experience of Walk & Talk at an area park  in Ft. Myers, FL or a nearby beautiful neighborhood getting your Vitamin D in the beautiful sunshine state of Florida. Not for you? I would still love to coach or counsel you face-to-face at my office, video chat, or even by phone.

Lillian’s care & counseling experience spans over 30 years. She is a board certified pastoral counselor through the American Association of Christian Counselors and her degree is in Counseling/ Psychology & biblical studies with extended education in counseling through Light University. Lillian specializes in addictions (substance, food, etc), codependency, dysfunctional family issues, marriage/ relationships, pre-marital counseling, depression, various forms of abuse, father/ mother wounds, fear & anxiety, self-esteem/ significance/ identity issues, and more…

Her nutrition and exercise training comes from several organizations and sources including certification in health & wellness from Beyond Organics University & Light University’s Health & Wellness Program and exercise instruction certification through PraiseMoves. Lillian is also through the American Association of Christian Counselors with a degree in Counseling/ Psychology & biblical studies with extended education through Light University.
